Let me introduce myself; I am Albert Foster, a doctoral candidate at J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, and a Semi-Finalist for the (PMF) Presidential Management Fellow Class of 2023; I am a self-professed political pundit. Moreover, Founder, Director of Southern Institute of Policy Research, LLC, and served on many organizations throughout his career. I grew up in the birthplace of the Civil Rights Movement, Montgomery, Alabama. Educated and taught in the Montgomery Public School System and matriculated from two HBCUs, Alabama State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and an Executive Master’s in public administration from Texas Southern University at The Barbara Jordan & Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs. Also, a graduate of Faulkner University Harris College of Business with an Executive Master's in business administration.
