Chief Steve Brooks brings over 30 years of fire/EMS experience to the job of Executive Director for the Washington Fire Chiefs, with the last 20 here in Washington State and as a member of the WFC. He most recently spent 13 years leading Lacey Fire District 3 as its Fire Chief. He is knowledgeable about the WFC through his time as President, Legislative Chair, and Western Fire Chiefs Representative. He is excited to continue serving the Association and its members in this new position.
