Following a decade in the shellfish industry, Justin joined the Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association as a policy analyst in January of 2025. He received a BA in history from Providence College and was a distinguished graduate of AgForestry Leadership class 44, earning the Karl and Lexie Kupers Leading Edge Leadership Award.
