Serena Campas is the Western Region Policy Associate for Rewiring America Inc., leading legislative work in Oregon and Washington state. After earning her Masters in Public Administration in 2018 from the University of Washington, Serena began her career in education policy before transitioning to building decarbonization and electrification policy at Rewiring America. She is passionate about using policy to make a positive impact on the health and quality of life for current and future generations, leveraging her experience and education to create real change and drive electrification for all.
