Troy Berglund is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and the VP of Member Services for Benton REA. Troy's responsibilities as the CEO include the overall management of utility operations. As the VP of Member Services, Troy manages the utilities communications, community relations, economic development, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and various other member programs and services. Troy has been with Benton REA for nearly 23 years. Prior to Benton REA, Troy worked as a Public Information Officer for Benton County Emergency Management and was a Sports Anchor/News Reporter for KVEW TV in the Tri-Cities. Troy attended Eastern Washington University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media Journalism with a minor in Government. Troy and his wife Nikki have five children ranging from 13 to 26 years in age.
