Dan Coyne is a partner in Coyne, Jesernig, LLC, one of Olympia’s most experienced lobbying firms. His practice is focused on business representation, with an emphasis on agriculture, natural resources, telecommunications, transportation and energy issues, before the Washington State Legislature and state agencies.
Coyne began lobbying in Washington State in 1981. He served as the executive director for a statewide dairy trade association for 10 years before he started his own firm. In 2002, Coyne joined forces with former legislator and state agency director, Jim Jesernig.
Coyne received his Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Washington State University in vocational education in 1977 and 1983, respectively. He is also a 1983 graduate of the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Leadership Program.
