ELISABETH SMITH

Elisabeth S. Smith is the Legislative Director at the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington. Formerly, she was a Staff Attorney at Northwest Health Law Advocates. Elisabeth is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. Prior to law school, Elisabeth worked at two international art non-profits, the Terra Foundation for American Art and the National Association of Latino Arts & Cultures. She earned a Master of Arts in the Humanities at the University of Chicago and a Bachelors of Arts from Davidson College where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
