Sara Stewart is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a BS in Animal Science. She began her lobbying career in 2010 at Melanie Stewart & Associates and launched her firm in 2020. Growing up in Olympia fostered her appreciation for Washington’s legislative process, providing her with the foundation to navigate complex policy environments. Over the past 14 years, she has also worked as a subcontractor for various lobbying firms, addressing various issues across numerous committees. Sara's work involves engaging with legislative committees and building bipartisan relationships to advance client priorities. She emphasizes a hands-on and thoughtful approach to lobbying, focusing on cultivating connections with legislators, staff, and committees to influence policy outcomes effectively. With a strategic and collaborative mindset, she leverages her legislative knowledge and prioritizes open communication and proactive problem-solving to achieve meaningful client results.
