MO MCBROOM lobbying for THE NATURE CONSERVANCY

This is an approximation. Apart from me, TNC will have one staff lobbyist (to be hired in March), and one contract lobbyist (Scott Richards). My duty is to oversee all our government relations work, which at times will include a limited amount of lobbying.

• Lobbying is only part of other duties

Lobbying is most frequent before legislative committee members or state agencies concerned with the following subjects:

• Agriculture
• Energy and utilities
• Environmental Affairs - Natural resources - Parks

Only during legislative session

This Lobbyist does not have an ongoing reimbursement agreement with the client.

This Lobbyist is reimbursed for incidental lobbying expenses.

This client (employer) does not directly pay for lobbying expenses.
