Juliana Roe

Ms. Roe has almost two decades of experience working with the Legislature, a strong legal background, a knowledge of our court system, and a proven record working with all branches of government. She comes to T-Mobile from the Washington State Association of Counties and, prior to that, the Washington State Senate. While with the Counties, she focused on issues related to public safety and human services. During her time at the Senate, she served the Ways and Means, Judiciary, and K-12 Education Committees. She also worked as a clerk for the Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court, as well as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office.
