Brad was born and raised in the South Sound, graduating from Gov. John R. Rodgers high school in Puyallup. He received his Bachelor’s degree in political science from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC and has completed course work towards his Masters in Government from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Brad has experience on a broad spectrum of issues and has served a range of clients, including, counties, other local governments, public health departments as well as health care & human services organizations. Brad and his wife, Donna, currently reside in Lacey with their two daughters.
