Peter is an attorney. His long-time private practice includes organizational management services, client advocacy, issue promotion and education, delivery of traditional general legal services and work as a municipal court judge. He has served as the executive director of WA Partners In Crisis, the Towing and Recovery Association of Washington and the Washington Collectors Association and the Legislative Chair of the District and Municipal Court Judges Association. In addition to his law practice, he is an adjunct professor at the North Seattle College, where he teaches in the business department and the residential and commercial property undergraduate program. Peter is a retired U.S. Army military officer and served in the U.S. Navy. He has worked as a radio broadcaster in the Seattle market. He maintains his interest in real estate sales, leasing and property management and is the designated broker at Swanberg Realty, LLC. Washington State has been his home for his entire life. He currently resides in north Seattle area where he maintains his office and owns and operates Lake City Consulting Services, LLC. Peter is the proud father of two adult boys and grandpa to his two grandchildren. He enjoys his family and a full and active life style. Peter is enthusiastic about all forms of sports and a big fan of the home team!
