I am a non-salary consultant to Philanthropy Northwest with a broad scope of work. I invoice the organization monthly for my time and expenses. Legislative advocacy is a part of my potential work this year, and time spent lobbying will be dependent on need. I will report lobbying hours based on my hourly compensation per my contract.

Lobbying is most frequent before legislative committee members or state agencies concerned with the following subjects:

• Fiscal
• State government

Only during legislative session

This Lobbyist does not have an ongoing reimbursement agreement with the client.

This Lobbyist is reimbursed for incidental lobbying expenses.

This client (employer) does not directly pay for lobbying expenses.
