Giovanni Severino is a dedicated community advocate who understands that social changes start with policy. He has engaged in community efforts to improve the livelihood for marginalized communities in the area. He attended Yakima Valley College where he earned an Associate's in Arts and served as the ASYVC Director of Student Programs 2015-2016. He is a graduate from Central Washington University where he earned his Bachelor's of Science in Political Science. He served as the ASCWU Student Body President 2017-2018, and as a Co-Chair for MEChA de CWU. He is excited to be part of Progreso to ensure that all communities get the representation they deserve.
