Jeff has been involved in public water supply for over forty years including twenty-nine years as the general manager at Spanaway Water Company. During this time he has been actively involved in the Washington Water Utility Council, Central Puget Sound Water Suppliers Forum, Regional Water Cooperative of Pierce County, Ecology’s Water Resources Advisory Committee, Health’s Drinking Water Advisory Group, and Washington’s and Pierce County’s legislative processes. Previously he also served as the president and legislative chair for the Regional Water Cooperative of Pierce County. For the past four years he has served as the Executive Director of the Regional Water Cooperative.
