Jazmin Williams

Jazmin is the owner of BLKBRY®, LLC providing full spectrum doula, lactation, herbalist, and peristeam hydrotherapy support to the community. She felt called to birth work after the traumatic birth experiences. Jazmin wants make sure that no other birthing person goes through what she went through. Jazmin, her work through BLKBRY, and her reproductive justice work is grounded in advocacy, decolonizing support care, trauma-informed care, gender-affirming care, size and disability inclusivity, and resourcefulness. She trusts in her clients’ ability to make the decisions that are right for them, their body, and their family from a place of informed consent, and Jazmin supports her clients with no judgement. Jazmin is creating a brave space where BIPOC folx and families can receive the support they need, and where the level of melanin in their skin, their income, gender identity, their sexual orientation, abilities, family structure, or previous life events are not a barrier in receiving the support that they need.
