DAVID ARBAUGH
Bio:
Dave Arbaugh has been working in the legislative arena since 1983. He has been represented a variety of clients under contract since starting his own firm in 1997.
Prior to launching Arbaugh and Associates, Dave served for seven years as the director of governmental relations for the Washington Public Utility Districts Association, where he developed a reputation as one of the state’s leading voices on public utility policy. Previously Dave was the political director for the Public School Employees of Washington, where he managed the association’s political action committee activities.
Dave is a 1982 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University.
