Crystal Jack
Bio:
Crystal Jack is the Director of State Government Affairs for Cigna’s Western Region. She joined Cigna in 2014 and her region includes Alaska, California, Idaho, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Before joining Cigna, Crystal was a governmental advocate for Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP. She represented the firm’s diverse clients before the Governor’s Office, California State Legislature and various state administrative agencies. Her experience also includes serving as Director of Communications for the California New Car Dealers Association. Prior to that, she served as a Policy Consultant in the California State Senate, specializing in issues before the Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee. She also worked as Legislative Director to Assemblyman Sam Blakeslee in the State Capitol. Prior to becoming staff in the California State Legislature, she worked for the Office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Crystal’s other experience includes working on the Californians for Schwarzenegger campaign, as a paralegal for a Sacramento law firm, and as a Legislative Assistant for the Senate Office of Research.
