Ms. Hegle has expertise in Child Welfare Systems Reform and Incarcerated Rights Advocacy. She coordinates the work of ensuring the consumer perspective is heard in legislative and administrative reform efforts. She has a BA in Applied Behavioral Science and was recognized as a national hero by the American Bar Association.
