Bryan McConaughy graduated from Western Washington University. Mr McConaughy began local and federal lobbying in 2003 after serving as Congressman Dicks' District Director. Most recently he worked for Puget Sound Energy on local government issues in Kitsap/Thurston/Lewis counties.
