James Paribello
Bio:
James Paribello worked for more than a decade in the Washington State Senate and House of Representatives serving numerous legislators across the political spectrum as both a Policy Analyst and Communications Specialist. His daily duties included drafting, developing, and analyzing legislation, and serving as consultant, writer, media liaison, and strategic planner/negotiator.

After leaving the House, James joined Governor Inslee’s campaign as his Policy Director and then served as his Senior Policy Advisor on Economic Development, leading efforts to develop and pass the governor’s first jobs agenda. Throughout this tenure, as well as the Governor’s campaign, James was relied upon to provide detailed analysis on every major issue area, from Education to Transportation. James also led the Working Washington Sub-Cabinet weekly meetings during session to coordinate efforts amongst all state agencies related to economic development. Building coalitions with diverse interest groups and stakeholders was a role he reveled in and looks forward to bringing that same enthusiasm, energy, and skill to his lobbying efforts.

For the past three years, James served the administration in another capacity as the Legislative and Tribal Liaison for the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. In this role, James served as spokesperson for the Board at public hearings, community town halls, and advocate with the Legislature, tribes, and industry stakeholders.

Beyond his governmental experience, James also spent two years with the Seattle Mariners Baseball Team as a retail manager and community outreach staffer conducting baseball clinics and team workshops on the Seattle Mariners Caravan tour throughout the Pacific Northwest.
