BRIAN ENSLOW
Bio:
As Principal of Arbutus Consulting, Brian provides advocacy in executive and legislative processes and strategic consulting and strategy development for clients. Prior to Arbutus Consulting, Brian served as the Senior Policy Director at the Washington State Association of Counties where he lobbied the Legislature and state agencies on behalf of local government. Brian has extensive experience in state fiscal matters including providing individual members and committees with fiscal research and analysis and assisting members in the development of legislative budget proposals.
