Bio:
John is Adult Family Home Council's executive director and occasionally testifies and lobbies on behalf of AFH Council members. Prior to this position he worked for the Health Care Authority. For 7 years prior, he worked for DSHS to develop and maintain policy regarding residential programs including adult family homes.
