Bio:
Mark has been a fixture at the Capital for over 45 years, beginning in 1971 on Senate Ways and Means staff. Mark has worked both as in-house and contract lobbyist for numerous public and private sector organizations and has amassed a significant body of work in both policy and fiscal matters. Mark is a former Director of Labor and Industries and also a former Mayor of the City of Lacey, and he has an extensive history of community and professional involvement and currently serves as a member of the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission.
