Ann Vining, attorney, lobbies part-time on health policy issues with Northwest Health Law Advocates. She did similar work 2002-2004 with Columbia Legal Services. She wa a legal aid attorney at Northwest Justice Project 2004-2016. Education: J.D., U of Wis Law School; A.B. Harvard University.
