Bill CLARKE
Bio:
Bill Clarke is an Olympia-based lobbyist and attorney who works on a variety of policy and budget issues for business, utility, local government, and non-profit clients. He also represents clients on water rights permitting and other legal matters. Bill was previously a member and Chair of the Washington State Pollution Control Hearings Board and Shoreline Hearings Board, which decide appeals of state and local environmental and natural resource permit decisions.
