Taya Briley
Bio:
Taya Briley is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA). WSHA represents all 108 community hospitals in Washington State and works to improve the delivery, quality, accessibility, and affordability of health care. Taya is responsible for WSHA’s operational performance, serves as WSHA’s corporate counsel and oversees governance for the association. She also focuses on legal, legislative, and regulatory issues affecting hospitals and health systems. Before working for WSHA, Taya held positions with the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts, Swedish Medical Center and Space Labs Medical, Inc. She earned her nursing and law degrees from the University of Washington.
