Craig DeLuz is a resident of Sacramento, CA, a former capitol director for an elected member of the California Legislature, a passionate constitutional rights advocate, and a plaintiff in the civil rights lawsuits Gallinger, et al. v. Calif. Att’y Gen’l Xavier Becerra and DeLuz, et al. v. California Department of Justice. DeLuz has evaluated and addressed thousands of bills and regulations during his career in public policy.
