SHIRLEY PRASAD
Bio:
Shirley is the Policy Director, Government Affairs with the WA State Hospital Assoc. She joins WSHA after working in health care policy for several years, including at Community Health Plan of Washington and the WA Assoc of Community & Migrant Health Centers. She holds a JD from the University of San Diego and an MHA from the University of Washington.
