Russell Brown
Bio:
Russell G. Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from Seattle University. He worked as a deputy prosecutor for Skagit County for over a decade and is now the Executive Director for the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys.
