Bio:
ANN NOTTHOFF, senior director of western advocacy at NRDC. She has led efforts to enact major climate and environmental laws and ballot initiatives. She is a State Coastal Conservancy board member and received CLCV’s 2015 Environmental Leadership Award. She has degrees from University of Oregon and University of California, Berkeley.
