Kim Mead took office as the WEA President in July 2013. She is an industrial arts teacher in the Everett School Dist., and has served as president of the Everett Educ Assn, president of the Pilchuck Uniserv Council, WEA Board Director, member of the WEA Executive Committee and NEA State Director.
