Andy Kaplowitz has worked in the private sector in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax-driven financing, insurance and risk management. He's also worked as a Senior Policy Analyst for Property and Casualty for the Office of the Insurance Commissioner and with the Association of Washington Business.
