As a former Member of Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, and a former professor of political science at Penn State University, Chris can actually say he knows Congress inside and out. Carney serves as a Vice President at Federal Advocates, bringing his deep experience in national defense, homeland security, intelligence, cybersecurity, transportation, and veterans’ affairs to the firm.
