Megan Veith
Bio:
Megan Veith is a Policy & Research Associate at Building Changes, dedicated to serving children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness. Megan believes that current laws and policies need to address the unique needs of people experiencing homelessness through evidence-based research and ensuring people with lived experiences are respectfully and meaningfully included in the work.

Previously, Megan was an attorney fellow at Legal Voice where she successfully worked on court cases at the state and national level and advocated for Washingtonians on the issues of health care, civil rights, and family law. During law school, she was also an editor and author on the Georgetown Journal of Poverty Law & Policy where she drew attention to the issues of gender and racial discrimination.

Megan received a B.A. in English (Honors) and Political Science from the University of Washington. She also holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, with a certificate in Refugee & Humanitarian Emergencies.

This lobbyist certified completion of required code of conduct training on 10/11/2019.
