Bio:
Jim is President of Jim Justin Government Relations Consulting INC. He started his consulting business in December of 2012 and currently serves a number of clients focused on education issues - early learning, K-12 and higher education. He also represents clients on health care, technology and transportation issues. Jim previously served as Governor Gregoire's Legislative Director and the Association of Washington Cities Director of State and Federal Relations.
