Bio:
Darcy has more than a decade of experience in environmental law and policy including land and water conservation, renewable energy development, water law, air pollution reduction, sustainable agriculture, and salmon recovery. Darcy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
