Mark Cooke
Bio:
Mark Cooke is the Policy Director for the Washington Campaign for Smart Justice at the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington. Formerly, he worked as a childcare worker and supervisor in the California foster care system. Mark is a graduate from Washington University School of Law and School of Social Work, St. Louis.
