Bio:
Marcy received her BA in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Washington in 2003. As the Statewide Poverty Action Network's Executive Director, Marcy works on consumer protections, criminal justice system reforms, and basic need programs, such as TANF, HEN/ABD, and Adult Dental.
This lobbyist certified completion of required code of conduct training on 12/10/2019.
