Robert Head is the Vice President Political Affairs, State Government & Global
Program Support for Lockheed Martin Government Affairs. In this capacity, Mr.
Head serves as a senior liaison to federal, state and local government officials on
various issues of importance to the corporation and is responsible for engagement
with the Executive Office of the President and the White House. Mr. Head also
leads the Lockheed Martin Employees Political Action Committee (LMEPAC), with
responsibility for LMEPAC filings with the Federal Election Commission and
compliance with all federal and state election laws and regulations. He works with
Lockheed Martin business areas to provide counsel on state and local government
issues, and assists in developing strategies to secure economic incentives and new
business at the state and local level. In this role, Mr. Head leads the team that
supports the foreign military sales process, international programs and tax and
regulatory issues with the U.S. Congress. Finally, he manages community affairs
for the Washington, D.C. area and coordinates support for organizations and special
events key to Lockheed Martin’s external relationships.
