Kelsey Wulfkuhle is the State Advocacy Manager at United States of Care, where she focuses on building partnerships in states in order to advance health care reform efforts that expand coverage and improve the affordability of our health care system. Kelsey has experience in policy analysis and campaign building around issues relating to expanding eligibility for and protecting public programs, health system cost containment strategies, and state-based affordability programs. Kelsey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wichita State University and a Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St Louis.
