Mark started working at the Capital in 1971, starting on Senate Ways and Means Staff. Mark spent 19 years lobbying for AFSCME council 28, four years as Director of Labor and Industries and for the past 22 years lobbying for numerous public and private sector clients, mostly in SW Washington.
