ALISON R PHELAN

Alison Phelan is the Vice President for Government Relations at Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU), headquartered in Tukwila, WA. With more than two decades of experience in public policy and political campaigns, Alison leads BECU’s legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts at the local and national levels. Previously serving as state legislative staff, Alison has extensive experience in grassroots advocacy, policy and budget development, and stakeholder engagement. In addition to credit union public policy, she has expertise in issues ranging from higher education and workforce development to criminal justice having previously lobbied on behalf of other clients.
