I specialize in Washington State Department of Labor and Industries electrical issues, with my primary focus on electric utility related issues. I take a pro-active approach in developing strategies dealing with the specific needs of the electric utilities. I have been successful in shaping policy at staff level rather than legislation. I retired from a public electric utility after 32 years of service with much of that time spent working on policy and laws dealing with the electric industry. Since my retirement, I have continued to be involved in formation of WAC rules and legislation. I have served on the Washington State Electrical Board, Dept. of Labor and Industries Electrical Technical Advisory Committees and several other ad hoc committees dealing with utility issues. I have over 48 years of Electric Utility Experience.
This lobbyist certified completion of required code of conduct training on 10/11/2019.
