Gary Rowe has spent 33 plus years working for local government. He is a registered professional civil engineer in the State of Washington. Gary is a Washington native, growing up in the Port Townsend area. Gary worked for Jefferson County for 27 years where he was appointed Public Works Director/County Engineer and Deputy County Administrator. For the past six years, he has served as the Skagit County Administrator. He is currently the Managing Director for the Washington State Association of County Engineers. He is married and has three grown children.
