DAVID R SWARTLEY

Dave Swartley is Head of State Government Relations for U.S. Bank, responsible for directing a comprehensive political and public policy strategy across the company’s national footprint. His work includes advocating company positions with governors, attorneys general, state legislators, staff and other state and local officials. His office is in the U.S. Bank Columbia Center, outside of Portland. Mr. Swartley graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in English. He and his wife have two children and reside in the Portland suburbs.
