DAVID R SWARTLEY

Dave Swartley is the Government Relations Executive responsible for overseeing public policy initiatives and lobbying efforts for the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2006, Dave joined MBNA in 1994 in Customer Assistance as a representative. Since that time, he has held management positions in many areas, including Customer Assistance, Account Maintenance, Debt Management, Finance, Consumer Finance and Administration. In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President Government Relations for the Northeastern US. Prior to his current role, Mr. Swartley relocated to Sacramento, California to manage government relations activities for 12 states in the Western US. Mr. Swartley graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in English. He and his wife have two children and reside outside of Portland, Oregon.
