Lucinda Young worked as a teacher in the state of Nebraska for 14 years before being employed by the Colorado Education Association. Lucinda has been working for the WEA since 1998, first as a Uniserv Representative then as a Statewide Political Organizer and currently as Chief Lobbyist for WEA.
