Please note the compensation amount stated is an estimate only as I am not primarily paid to be a lobbyist. When I lobby I assign those hours to lobbying and then assess those against the hours I spend on my primary tasks which are to be the Executive Director of the American Institute of Architects Washington Council. How much I lobby in any given year will vary depending on circumstances.

Explaination of "Other":

I am primarily contracted to act as the American Institute of Architects Washington Council ("AIAWA") Executive Director. I am paid $6,000/month to perform the tasks of Executive Director, a very minor portion of which is lobbying. Lobbying is very incidental to my overall consulting tasks. I do not currently have a contract with AIAWA, however, a contract is being finalized to run through June 30, 2019 during which time I primarily will lobby during the legislative session but do occasionally meet with legislators between sessions.

This Lobbyist does not have an ongoing reimbursement agreement with the client.

This Lobbyist is reimbursed for incidental lobbying expenses.

This client (employer) does not directly pay for lobbying expenses.
