Jennifer Tran is the Research and Policy Director at the Washington State Budget & Policy Center. She leads the Center’s research and policy team and she serves on the organization’s leadership team. She oversees the Center’s Progress in Washington series, which tracks our state’s progress and identifies policy solutions to build a more inclusive economy.
