Shaun Cross

Shaun is a proven leader who has practiced corporate law and led various organizations over a 38 year career. He is a partner at Lee & Hayes and served as its Chief Executive Officer 2008-2015, and currently serves as its General Counsel. Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Shaun was the Managing Partner at Paine Hamblen, LLP in Spokane. While at Paine Hamblen Shaun’s practice emphasized complex corporate reorganizations and he served as lead debtor’s counsel for several large, complex Chapter 11s. Before entering the legal profession in 1979, Shaun was a research engineer for a company based in Southern California.
